  My first impression of this restaurant was not great. The front door is at the opposite corner of the building from there the parking lot is. The forks on our table were dirty, and the staff were initially fairly slow. The salad we got seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time. The lettuce was soggy and off coloured, and it just didn't taste fresh over all.
  
  We ordered the Canadian Pizza, which turned out to be one of the best pizzas I've ever had! The crust was perfect, and all the toppings were fresh. Our waitress toward the end was very nice and accommodating.

  As a result of the new ownership, East Side Mario's has switched their Cesar salad dressing and beloved Parmesan cheese. So disappointing.

  Staff was great, very friendly and helpful but the food was abysmal. I returned my food for being cold and inedible and when it was brought back to me it had a metal shaving on the plate. The manager was lovely and took the item off my bill without question.
  They had much better food a few years ago and i'm not sure what changed, perhaps it's pre-packaged now but they should definitely change it back.
  I will not return to this location with friends or family.
